Mr Rodriguez is an experienced international financier with extensive knowledge of mining management having been involved in equity and debt financing for private and public companies including the acquisition of La Negra mine from Peñoles, the largest silver producer in the world launching Aurcana Corporation (TSX:V) from a $500,000 market capitalization to $600 million in four years. In the meantime a$60 million equity financing was raised for the company as well as a $50 million un-secured loan, both records at the time on the TSX.V. Mr Rodriguez has been the only individual who successfully negotiated the buy-back of a streaming agreement for $25 million usd. He holds a BA in Business Administration and a Masters degree in Systems from one of Mexico’s top universities.

Moses has more than 25 years’ experience in the mining industry; founded former Aiabba Minerals Ltd and it’s 100 subsidiary, Aiabba Minerals (PNG) Ltd prior to the merger with Apache-Abba). Negotiation with many international companies and concluded transactions. Responsible in various management capacity include, country manager, corporate, tenement management, government and community affairs, logistics and setting up field camps. Founder and Executive Chairman of Malaumanda Development Corporation Ltd (MDC). Co-Founding board member of Rural Airstrip Agency (RAA) in PNG since its incorporation in 2014-current. RAA is 100% PNG government funded for restoration and maintenance of all rural airstrips throughout the country. And an associate member of PNG Institute of Directors.

Prof. Espi received his BSc and BSc Honors from the University of Papua New Guinea, and MSc and PhD from the University of Tsukuba, Japan. He is a Member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (AusIMM). He is currently the Associate Professor and Head of the Earth Sciences Division, and Director of the Center for Disaster Risk Reduction in the School of Natural and Physical Sciences at the University of Papua New Guinea. He has over 30 years of experience in resources industry, including academia, mineral exploration and mining.

A former Director of Papuan Minerals Limited. He worked with Ok Tedi Mining Limited and Niugini Nickel Pty Limited, and has held consultancy roles in various private, public and government clients in Papua New Guinea and overseas; include his depth relationship with the department (Mineral Resources Authority), exploration and mining companies as head of the department at the university (UPNG). His vast knowledge in the mining industry as well as the environment will greatly benefit the company going forward.

Mr. Kairu holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of PNG, completed in 1991, and a Masters’ Degree in Financial Management (part research) from The University of Queensland, Australia, completed in 1999. He won the Advanced Australian Corporations Law prize at the University of Queensland in 1999. He is the CFO (group), Executive Manager-Accounting and Finance at the National Development Bank (NDB) in PNG. From 1991 to 2004 worked with multinational companies and an accounting firm in the country serving in various accountancy roles the last being Finance Manager before departing for Australia.

From 2005 to early part of 2013 worked in Melbourne and Brisbane with both local and multinational companies, non-listed and TVSX listed public companies. The roles ranged from financial accounting, statutory reporting, management reporting, treasury (money market), project management to taxation. The last role in Australia involved coordination and management of businesses within Australia and around the Globe from reports preparation and monitoring to compliance work. Joined National Development Bank Limited in PNG, September 2013. Current role focuses on financial matters, operational sustainability and growth strategy of the Group, assisting National Government Policies implementation and external shareholder and stakeholder management. Currently a professional member of both Certified Practicing Accountants PNG and Certified Practicing Accountants Australia holding CPA status. He is a professional member of PNG Institute of Directors and is currently an Executive Director of NDB Investments Limited, a subsidiary company of National Development Bank Ltd.

Omar holds a Law Degree from Mexico’s National Autonomous University (UNAM) and a Master’s Degree (MPhil) from Oxford University in the UK. He read for a PhD in Law (Economic Regulation) at Warwick University in the UK. Mr. Aguilar has been Director and Secretary of the BOD in several privately held and publicly traded companies, arbitrator on commercial, financial and corporate matters in several organizations including the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), authorized Foreign Legal Consultant by The Law Society of British Columbia and member, among others, of the Mexican Bar Association, the American Bar Association (ABA), The Law Society of England and Wales (LSEW) and the Canadian Society of Corporate Secretaries (CSCS). He has developed his professional practice in the fields of Corporate, Finance, Contracts and Compliance in the Mining, Hospitality and Real Estate industries. His work concentrates in financial, commercial and resources transactions and have considerable experience in the structuring and negotiation of joint ventures and mergers and acquisitions representing both, domestic and foreign companies.

Kohn, a professional multi-commodity geologist with more than 30 years of field work, consultancy, advisory and management experience in mineral exploration and mining in Papua New Guinea, Australia, East Africa, Mongolia, and more recently in Russia. Currently he holds a Bachelor of Science majoring in geology from the University of Papua New Guinea and a Post Graduate Diploma in Mining and Mineral Technology from Curtin University of Technology, Western Australia. He has sufficient experience to qualify as a Competent Person as defined in the 2012 Edition of the ‘AusIMM Code of Reporting of Exploration Results, Mineral Resources and Ore Reserves’. He is the Principal and Managing Partner of Kohn Digan & Associates – a Papua New Guinea based firm offering consultancy services to mineral exploration and mining companies both in PNG and abroad, and is a Corporate Member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (AusIMM). Mr. Digan has an excellent track record in mineral exploration discoveries, and in advancing projects form early greenfield stages all the way through to detail prospects evaluation and feasibility studies on a number of world class mining projects such as Ramu Nickel and Frieda River in PNG, and the huge Oyuu Tolgoi porphyry copper project in the Mongolian Gobi Desert. He had also been involved in major exploration campaigns on similar projects in Russia and Africa.

Ms. Mark has graduated from the University of Technology with a degree in Communication for Development, former director of Aiabba Minerals Ltd (Aust), 10 years of working experience in community & social development, health & education. Possess sound coordination and management skills. Last employed, Wabag Anglicare Branch Manageress (over three years).
